Winery review: Fresh in flavor and crisp in texture, this dry rosé offers berry, tart cherry and light herbal flavors, with firm acidity and a clean finish. Focused and juicy.
My Review: The nose was fresh and fruity. I could smell some berries and cherries. As I tasted it, I was surprised at how acidic it was. The tannins overpowered what I smelled before tasting it. The finish was not light, it felt like burn after you take a shot of vodka. Because of the high tannins, I really wished I had tried it with cheese and crackers or a kind of pasta so it could soften the acids.
I did not have it with any food.
